Do you wish to improve your health? There are a lot of things you can do, from exercising more, taking good supplements, reducing the number of calories you consume and increasing your daily protein, vitamin and mineral intake. We’ve created a small list of changes that you can make to improve your day to day health starting today.
- Reduce the number of calories you consume
Reduction in calorie intake has been shown by several studies to help weight loss, decrease aging effects, increase bodily function and help with waste removal. All these things are great for your health, I recommend a starting calorie deficit of at least 20% to get any sort of benefit from this tactic.
- Increase your daily protein intake
Increasing your daily protein intake from the current to at least 0.8 grams per lean pound of body mass has been shown to aid in muscle gain and other sorts of body repairs. The body requires amino acids that cannot be obtained from plant or nut material. Increasing protein intake from meat or supplements (if you are a vegan or a vegetarian) would be a good choice if you need to gain muscle or bulk (if you feel you are too skinny)
- Increasing Vitamin and Mineral Intake
Vitamin C is helpful to the immune system, taking it during a cold may help your body fight it off. Magnesium is incredibly useful for the body to regulate sleep cycles and it’s required for your circadian rhythm to work properly. Try taking magnesium before you go to sleep if you have insomnia.
- Take good supplements
If you are trying to lose weight but you’ve hit a roadblock, try forskolin, read my I always read Forskolin Reviews here and make sure to plan accordingly.
