New links added to more blogs by adoptees and moms..
If I am missing anyone..please drop me a line and let me know...I do lose some at times.
What I do wonder..is this IT? Like is this all of us? I do searches on Blogs to see if folks talk about adoption..and aside from the whole bunch of people just focusing on "their adoptive journey" which I will not highlight unless they are super uber ethical and sensitive to the natural momma plight..I simpliy CANNOT believe that this is the VOICE of adoption in the blogsphere? I know it is growing all the time, but really..is this IT??
On a sad note...Speaking for Myself is officially GONE. I know she is still around, reading and commenting, but the wisdom, the heartbreak, the moving words..cease to exist. For this I mourn.

A mighty good voice we are too and we have humour and pugs and all kinds of extra bonuses.....not to mention glamour and vigilante talk and the holy visitations of doofus anonymous commenters.....
We are the rock and roll of adoption memorabilia.
Other mothers will come soon wait and see, this party has only just started.

Speaking for myself's blog coming down is a big loss. She's a powerful voice and I hope she'll be back around.

I will always have a memory of Speaking for Myself, as she is the first mom I found in this blogoshere, and then a whole world opened up.
ReplyDeleteIn terms of all of us, I'm sure not. I'm sure there are others who are not speaking up, or not on the internet at all.
And, at least there are us, and that there is more than one of us, and that we can be here for each other in support.

I am glad that I was able to read all of Speaking's blog before it was gone. I followed the 1st link to it from your blog, thanks Claude! Kim Kim I really like pugs, but I love Boston Terriers, I will have to post a pic of my new puppy sometime. I enjoy all the mothers blogs, I read most of them everyday, Thanks for writing.
